Pilot Program Terms (Archived)
Invite Only Addendum to Current Systems Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 6, 2026
1. Purpose
This Pilot Program provides a select group of contractors with early access to the Current Systems platform. The goal is to validate a contractor first system that saves time, reduces compliance risk, and keeps every project audit ready.
2. Eligibility
- Participation is by invitation only and limited to contractors selected by Current Systems Corporation.
- Invitations are non transferable; referrals or shared access are not permitted.
- Participants must be able to begin using the features within one to two weeks of launch.
3. Duration
- The Pilot Program runs for a 30 day trial period beginning on the date of first access.
- Access may be extended, modified, or terminated at the discretion of Current Systems Corporation, at any time and for any reason.
4. Use of the Platform
- Contractors agree to use the application on live projects during the pilot.
- Features provided are limited to compliance tools and workflows; pricing, onboarding, and subscription features are intentionally excluded.
- The platform is provided "as is" for evaluation purposes only.
- Access credentials are personal to the invitee and must not be shared.
- Pilot features are experimental and may change without notice.
- Pilot features must not be relied upon as the sole basis for compliance decisions.
- Users are responsible for verifying all outputs against the CE Code and AHJ requirements.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all inputs.
5. CE Code, CSA, and Regulatory Disclaimer
- Pilot features do not interpret the CE Code or any CSA standard.
- Pilot features do not certify, validate, or guarantee compliance.
- Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) remain the sole authority for interpreting and enforcing the CE Code.
- Users must consult the official CE Code and applicable regulations for all compliance decisions.
- The Pilot Program does not include CE Code text, tables, diagrams, or copyrighted CSA materials.
6. Feedback
- Contractors agree to share feedback on clarity, workflow, and compliance features.
- Feedback may be used by Current Systems Corporation to improve the platform.
- All feedback, suggestions, or improvements become the property of Current Systems Corporation.
7. Confidentiality
- Pilot participants agree not to publicly share screenshots, feature details, workflows, or other non public information without written permission.
- All pilot materials and platform features are confidential.
8. Transition
- At the conclusion of the pilot, contractors may be invited to continue under the full Terms of Service.
- Participants may be offered preferred pricing or recognition in launch materials if they choose to upgrade.
- There is no obligation to purchase during or after the pilot.
9. Privacy & Data
- All personal and project data collected during the pilot will be handled in accordance with the Current Systems Privacy Policy.
- Contractors retain ownership of their project data.
- Current Systems Corporation retains ownership of the platform and any improvements derived from feedback.
- Pilot data may be modified or deleted at any time due to feature changes, testing, or system updates.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Pilot Program is experimental and provided without warranties of uptime, completeness, accuracy, or permanent availability.
- Current Systems Corporation is not liable for any damages arising from use of the pilot platform, including data loss or reliance on outputs.
